well i'm in school in upstate new york right now which is where i blow/started blowing. i'm from los altos, which is 20 minutes south of san fran, and i'll be blowing in san jose this summer. i'm starting up a glass blower's group, i hope you'll join. from the second i touched a blow pipe i was in the hot shop at least 12 to 15 hours a week, i'm fucking addicted. i've been away from it the past month cause i've been in africa, and i'be been fiending. i have half a sketchbook filled with ideas that i can't wait to do. ayway, there's a lack of gaffers on da and i hope to bring the proud and the few together with this group thing that i'm starting. unfourtuantly i'm too drunk to really start it up now, i mean i'll get it official in the next week. :icondeviant-gaffer: thats all i got for now, word, gonna go pass out
I know the feeling man. once you've felt the heat from the furnace as you take your first gather it's all over. I've been thinking of starting a group for gaffers since there seems to be a select few of us on here. where are you in africa?
